🚫 Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products
For reasons of hygiene and public health, the following products cannot be returned or refunded once their sealed packaging has been opened or if they have been used:
- Portable urinals for women
- Disinfecting wipes
- Hand sanitizers
- Any other hygiene or personal use product whose sanitary integrity cannot be guaranteed after opening or use
Important: We encourage you to carefully read product descriptions and ask all your questions before finalizing your purchase. This policy complies with health regulations in force in Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
✅ Returnable Products Under Certain Conditions
Some of our products may be returned or exchanged if their packaging has not been opened, if they have not been used, and if they are in their original condition. This includes, for example:
- Carrying cases (unopened and unused)
- Cleaning cloths (unopened and unused)
Return Conditions
Time Frame: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Product Condition: The product must be new, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns not related to a defect (change of mind):
- Return shipping costs (including postage, customs duties, and applicable import taxes for international returns) are at your expense.
Refund Currencies:
- 🇨🇦 Canada: Refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
- 🇺🇸 United States: Refunds will be processed in US Dollars (USD)
- 🇲🇽 Mexico: Refunds will be processed in Mexican Pesos (MXN)
🔧 Defective or Damaged Products Upon Delivery
Your satisfaction is our priority. If a product you ordered arrives defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your order) at hello@la-marinette.ca.
Information to Provide
- Your order number
- A clear description of the problem
- Photos or a short video of the defect or damage
Our Commitment
We will assess the situation. If the defect is confirmed, we will offer you:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- A full refund, including original shipping costs if applicable
We will cover the return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes for returning a defective item.
📦 How to Make a Return
If your item is eligible for a return or exchange under the above conditions:
- Contact our customer service at hello@la-marinette.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Carefully package the product in its original packaging.
- Ship the package to the address we provide.
- Inspection and notification: Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

- Refunds: Are issued only to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
- Right to refuse: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not fully met.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This return policy is governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from or related to this policy will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec City or Montreal, Canada.
